I don't know exactly, but 5-6 should be okay.
I use it with a DT5F and everything is fine.

I bought this reel and like it a lot.
Well, solid design, maybe a bit heavy but I do like different designs or provenience of reels and enjoy them as well as the fishing.
I use 5tw line on it.
What line weight this reel is designed for?

I use it for trout only, maybe it's a little bit too small for steelhead.

Hi Phil

Jip it's really smooth, and i recently caught a few good trouts with it.
I simply like fishing reels that are not modern or not so popular. :-)

I want to start a larger series of pictures of collectable flyreels, so stay tuned.

Unusual, I haven't seen a design like that before. I can see a trend where the appearance of the wheel could become a status thing? Is the action smooth on it?
